Access to Resources: Members have the right to access the resources, support services, and educational opportunities provided by the CanMex Health Network to enhance their professional development and practice.
Participation in Decision-Making: Members have the right to participate in decision-making processes within the CanMex Health Network, including voting on matters affecting network policies, governance, and strategic direction.
Professional Development: Members are entitled to opportunities for professional development, including access to continuing education, training programs, and networking events to support their growth and advancement in their respective fields.
Fair Treatment: Members have the right to be treated fairly, respectfully, and without discrimination or harassment in all interactions within the CanMex Health Network, regardless of their background, identity, or beliefs.
Confidentiality: Members have the right to expect confidentiality and privacy with regard to their personal and professional information shared within the CanMex Health Network, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
