Members of the CanMex Health Network must possess appropriate professional qualifications, certifications, and licensures relevant to their respective fields of healthcare practice.

Prospective members should demonstrate a proven track record of experience, competence, and expertise in their area of healthcare specialization or practice. 

Members must be in good standing with relevant regulatory bodies, professional associations, and licensing authorities, maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. 

Prospective members should exhibit a commitment to excellence in patient care, adhering to evidence-based practices, best clinical guidelines, and quality improvement initiatives.

Members are expected to uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and professionalism in all aspects of their practice, including honesty, integrity, and respect for patient autonomy and confidentiality. 

Members should demonstrate a willingness to collaborate and work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team, promoting a culture of collaboration, communication, and mutual respect. 

Members are required to adhere to the policies, procedures, and guidelines established by the CanMex Health Network, including standards of practice, code of ethics, and quality assurance measures. 

Members are encouraged to engage in ongoing professional development activities, including continuing education, training, and certification programs, to maintain and enhance their knowledge, skills, and competence.

Members should embrace diversity and inclusion, respecting the unique perspectives, backgrounds, and identities of patients, colleagues, and communities served by the CanMex Health Network.

Members are required to pay membership fees or dues as determined by the CanMex Health Network, to support the operation, administration, and activities of the network.
